Our limestone aggregates are widely used in construction and by the building trade primarily as a concrete aggregate but also as a popular drainage material where it provides a level foundation for underground pipes. It is also used for topping off over sites.
Our limestone aggregates are available in 10mm, 20mm and 40mm grades and are ideal for use as a drainage material.
Our 40mm aggregate is available in bulk and is the ideal sub-base material.
With particles ranging from 4mm to 20mm it is an ideal construction aggregate due to it’s strength, versatility and low thermal expansion. Ideal for use in concrete mixes. Often used as a permeable sub-base and as a bedding layer for block paving and general landscaping.
Ideal for mixing concrete, floor screeds, external rendering, slab laying & landscaping. Used to achieve a compacted surface layer, prior to receiving products such as artificial grass, turf and block paving.

With increasing demand for concrete sand and premium aggregates in Wales and the North West of England, we have installed a new wash plant at our Aberdo quarry. Using Terex engineered washing technology the plant will double the output from our quarry operation and will work alongside our current crushing process.
The washing plant allows us to produce high quality premium aggregates in both 10 and 20mm sizes, the wash process will also produce a quality sand that can be used in concrete production.
